The Westchester Cat Show in White Plains, NY is
produced by the Westchester Feline Club,
a TICA-affiliated cat club centered in Westchester County, New York, USA.
Our annual fall cat show is at Westchester County Center in White Plains,
New York, and takes place in November on the weekend before Thanksgiving, this year on November 22nd & 23rd of 2008.
The show usually has over 225 feline entries of a wide variety of breeds
in competition and a large number of kittens and cats for sale or adoption.
Numerous vendors attend the show for those who want to shop for their
cats or for friends and relatives who enjoy cats. You will find
prices tend to be better than the average retail store. There will
be vendors with one-of-a-kind art or craft items, jewelry, clothing,
and items for the home.
If you live in the New York City suburbs in New York, New Jersey or
Connecticut, come and visit the Westchester Cat Show!
| ATTENTION TEACHERS! Have your students (grades K through 5) enter our Children's Writing Contest. Have them tell us in 500 words or less what is so special about their cat or a cat they know, and why the cat should be considered for our Cat of the Year award. Rescue Ink will be in attendance!
The Westchester Cat Show is happy to announce that RescueInk will be making a special appearance at our show this fall. This group of tatooed bruisers, whose goal is to stamp out animal abuse, was recently seen on the Ellen Degeneres show and in the current issue of Cat Fancy magazine. They will be in the show hall all day Saturday and will greet fans at their booth as well as give a talk on stage. - And for all our single patrons who might be searching for a soul mate, we are pleased to announce that we will host the first ever
Purrsonals.com 'Meet and Greet'.
Purrsonals.com, a match making service for cat lovers, will be a ring sponsor, so in addition to the meet and greet,
singles may gather at the Purr-sonals ring anytime throughout the weekend.
And, for all you single ladies out there, you might be interested to know that a couple of the RescueInk guys are single!
